Once the download is complete, simply run the file and follow the on-screen instructions.  WellStart is built in the latest Adobe AIR technology, and will ask to install AIR during the installation.

You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus software whilst downloading, and watch out for your browser blocking the download.  Don't worry, you can still keep your computer secure by virus scanning the installer file once it's downloaded.
